While I much prefer a “do nothing” Congress to an activist Congress, I wouldn’t mind an “un-do something” Congress every once in a while.
I can only imagine how many “temporary” structures are still in place after their usefulness has lapsed; I’d be surprised if there weren’t still a buggy-whip department in place somewhere.
