Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

One of the few interrogatories that The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin has answered (but not completely) was my request for this list of witnesses for the Hoge v. Kimberlin, et al. lawsuit. One of his prospective witnesses is Judge Mason. Because I had information leading me to believe that Judge Mason was unaware that TDPK was proposing to call him as a witness, I sent the judge a letter informing him of the possibly that he might be called to testify.

TDPK has panicked as a result.

I don’t plan to have any substantive public comment on this motion other than court filings until after the court has ruled on it.

  1. The trial record from Judge Mason’s courtroom speaks for itself. I sincerely doubt that the judge would testify as to anything other than “the record speaks for itself.” To do otherwise would likely be an impropriety and possibly misconduct. There is no way a judge would permit him or herself to be examined as to state of mind after the fact. I don’t think that the current court will have any problem ruling such questions completely out of order.

  2. This really should be filed under “I’m not making this up you know”.

It’s so ridiculous, not to mention blatant, he might has well filed a “please kick me” motion.

  3. Panic! Everyone Panic! Sir John wrote a letter to Judge Mason making him aware that he may be called as a Witness in the Hoge vs the PedoBomber Trial.

In the KimberMunchkin’s deluded and feeble mind that ranks right up there with Global Warming and Trump being elected President.

Oh No! What is the world coming to?!?!?!?!

    end snark.

    • Mitigating circumstances, sir-

“This is an outrageous intrusion…” Outrageous? Oh. Well- The court can’t ignore outrageous.

Note also “…extreme and egregious misconduct…”

Kimberboos’ use of adjectives to hammer home his points, seems to me, is his way of pounding the table with his relatively-scaled hands. *snort*

Anybody know a decent editor that could help the Brettster with his writing?

I’m on record as saying Brett Kimberlin The Speedway Bomber (google hits counter ratchets upwards once a again) is not a committed leftist; that he’s only in it for the money. I’m retracting that. He obviously has major feelz, thinks that way and argues that way. And that’s what lefties do.

I should have realized all along Boom-Boom is incapable of critical thinking. He’s purely reactive and this latest round is his way of throwing anything and everything against the wall in hopes SOMETHING will stick.

  4. Hmmm…wonder if the judge will send a note to the court saying he WON’T testify to the things the Tiny Pedo claims he will. Now that would be fun to watch.

  5. Nice job pushing his buttons. That’s the drawback of being predictable.

Gentle Host, isn’t there a name in the answer to the first interrogatory that you usually redact?

  6. So… judge Mason is going to perjur himself in support of Tiny Terrorist Teen Tickler’s delusions? Riiiiiiight.

  7. What David said. Also, this was a jury trial. The jury, not the judge, was the finder of fact. The jury, not the judge, evaluated credibility of witnesses.

  8. Wow, taking our host’s professional letter as witness intimidation. That’s just delusional, even for Kimberlin the Speedway Bomber Forger Perjurer and creepy bastard.

    • You forgot that he was unable to produce “…one scintilla…” of evidence that he is not a pedophile in a court case about that very question.
