Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

Judge Hecker denied the motion for summary judgment the Kimberlins filed in the Hoge v. Kimberlin, et al. lawsuit, but The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin doesn’t like to take “No” for an answer.

I have responded with this.

If have anything further of substance to say about this matter prior to the court ruling on the Kimberlins’ motion, it will be in the form a further filing with the court.

    • Well, duh; it wouldn’t be Brett Coleman Kimberlin, the Speedway Bomber, eater of Presidential seals and Dreadful Pro Se if he didn’t.

  1. Brett KImberlin claims jury found him innocent. Jury actually found Brett Kimberlin had repeatedly knowingly lied in his application for charges. Having been caught in a lie, he merely retreats to claiming his accusations had been found to be “99.9% true.”

Pray tell how he came to that figure? Word count? Subjective weighting? Dyslexic transposition of “666?”

  3. Good thing I was not playing a drinking game documenting Kimberlin’s lies in this latest motion. I, along with my children, my grandchildren, and my great-grandchildren, would have all died from alcohol poisoning. Twice.

He’s not a very good liar, is he?

  4. If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again to baffle ’em with bullshit!

…that’s not quite how I remember it, buy it seems accurate here.

  5. Gee whiz, John, are you really going to force Brett to uncuff his kidnapped wife so she has to sign a document?

NOTE: The comment above is said as a joke and not being reported as fact. I have no way in knowing whether Brett Kimberlin (someone guilty of setting off bombs and injuring people in the past) has kidnapped his wife and cuffed her to a bed. It wouldn’t surprise me if by some chance my jokingly said comment was real, but again I have no way knowing.
