Brett Kimberlin Fails Again

The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals has denied The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s petition for a writ of mandamus in the Kimberlin v. Frey RICO Remnant LOLsuit. TDPK was seeking to have the Fourth Circuit order Judge Hazel to allow Kimberlin to use confidential discovery material from the Frey case in other LOLsuits.

Everything is proceeding as I have foreseen.

        • What are you suggesting there, GM? Do you mean to imply that SCOTUS doesn’t want to waste their time with vexatious litigants and/or morons?

In that case why should anyone else have to waste time and money on them?

          • You’re not allowed to appear before the Supreme Court as a Pro Se. He must get a person to represent him that is a member of the SCOTUS bar. Last person to appear Pro Se before SCOTUS is Samuel H. Sloan. If the midget thinks he can go before SCOTUS Pro Se, the Court will reject him immediately.

          • Rejecting him immediately does save everyone a lot of time…

            More courts should try that.
