Filed in Hoge v. Kimberlin, et al.

The Gentle Reader may remember that The Dreadful Pro-Se Schmalfeldt filed a fourth motion to dismiss along with his Answer to the Complaint in the Hoge v. Kimberlin, et al. lawsuit a couple of weeks ago. I filed this opposition this morning—

As usual, I’ll let my filing speak for itself. I don’t intend to make any further substantive comment on the Cabin Boy’s™ motion until the court has ruled on it.

  1. So William “Stolen Valor” Schmalfeldt lied to the court about something? Color me shocked! He’s been watching his tiny Pedo hero closely.

  2. So, he made his dying “beloved” run around and do errands?
And told the court he was a pauper when he isn’t?
And on his dating profile, said he didn’t have kids when he does, said he’s 6′ when he’s 5’10”, said he’s college educated when he’s not, and didn’t mention that he is unable to have sex, per his own admission?
What do you call someone who lies repeatedly?

  3. Who would have thought that Bill Schmalfeldt’s “parky face” was that grimace you feel when you realize that you have just struck a neighboring car in the Pekar’s lot.

    Pictures would be appreciated!

  4. That car better have overload springs on the driver’s side…..unlike Short Pro Se’s Prius which developed a sag on the passenger side from all the trips, he gave someone whom he didn’t apparently know, to the court house.

  5. If I were a certain cyberstalker in a midwest city, I’d be wondering if I was under observation by a private investigator. I’d be wondering what other info my victims are sitting on. But, that’s just me, and according a certain high school grad, our opinions over here are worthless.

    • Private investigators are expensive, and charge by the hour, with overtime.

Disgusted neighbors, and disgruntled employees, OTOH, are cheap, and provide 24/7/365 coverage.

So, Cousin Bill, who have you pissed off in Wisconsin, lately? Noticed any particularly attentive neighbors, who always seem to be around, but who are not interested in talking?

Seen anybody taking pictures of you, or your car?
