Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

Here’s The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s latests droppings in the Hoge v. Kimberlin, et al. lawsuit—

This seeks to supplement the motion dismiss which the Kimberlins filed in late June. If I make any public comment on it, that will come in the form of a opposition to their supplement that I might file with the court.

    • Nice of the puny pedo to include that ridiculously false claim about 400 “thrown out” charges yet again. It’s like the bogus assault stupidity, and will do even more credibility damage. Nothing like insulting the judge’s intelligence repeatedly.

    • Nor did he bring up any “new, pertinent and breaking” news to the case. The dumb just keeps on dumbing.

      Team Kimbergarten = ERRORIST

  1. He left out the part where he proclaims his love for Anthony Weiner. Other than that, everything he said has nothing to do with Hoge v. Kimberlin, et al.

  2. An improper supplement with irrelevant and fraudulent matter that supports no actual basis for dismissal …. and its improperly served.

  3. John,

Given that Aaron Walker lost his job due at least in part to the actions of Brett Kimberlin, how shameless of you to charge Aaron Walker money for helping him with research.

    Oh wait, never mind!

  4. “Regular mail?” The Sawed-Off Pedo Bomber isn’t even trying any more!

And wouldn’t it be entertaining to list how The Sawed-Off Pedo Bomber has described The Blob in various court filings. Here, he’s an “associate.” In another case, he’s an “independent journalist.”

Wouldn’t it be entertaining to put together these various references into some kind of document?

  5. Will Mason toss it from the docket or accept this in violation of the rules (heh, rules) and his own order.

  6. Somehow the phrase “invalid signature block” is coming to mind, also phrases like “restricted delivery” and “failure to follow judicial rulings and local rules”. Can’t think why.

  7. He’s just phoning it in now. He’s not even trying to make sense or make a rational argument. Poor Brent must be so tired of being on the losing end. It probably interferes with his chasing prepubescent girls around the neighborhood. (Strange that he chose to live close to a middle school innit?)
