Hoge v. Kimberlin, et al. News

This mornings TKPOTD deals with a supplement to the Kimberlins’ motion to dismiss filed in the Hoge v. Kimberlin, et al. lawsuit. I filed this opposition today.

My opposition speaks for itself, so I do not intend to make any further substantive public comment on the motion until the court has ruled on it.

    • That’s always my question when a successor runs as a third term to someone. It could have worked in Al Gore’s case, as a majority of people were positive about the state of the nation. You can’t do it in 2016.

The best answer (no matter what it is) would come from the mouth of Obama himself. Express some humility that things aren’t perfect, and here’s how Hilldog will do better and why he can’t/won’t do it.

Of course, ‘humility’ is not really his forte.
