  1. So he absolutely assures the court that he will “most likely” be at his residence.

45% of the time, it works all the time.

  2. And who is Paul Marrs?

    Could that be FiFi’s alias?

    His agricultural specialist?

Most likely it is FiFi’s neighbor, because FiFi doesn’t have MS Word and he had to borrow his neighbor’s computer to type that mishmash of a Motion.

    • also, not sure telling the court you’re not even getting out of bed to handle this is a good strategy.
I mean that’s some hefty disrespect of the court there: “hi, I’d like to appear in my pj’s so this is all rather inconvenient.

  3. Early this year we were doing lots of interviews for contractors, and during a Skype interview we noticed the subject’s voice was out of sync with the video. Our HR rep leaned into frame and said, “we’re having problems hearing you, can you hear us OK?”

The interviewee said he could hear us fine — and the audio and video was perfectly in sync.

HR ended the interview right there — the earlier “sync” issue was really someone off-camera answering while the interviewee lip-sync’d.

Not saying any of Team Kimberlin would do so. Not saying they would coordinate their answers or actions through a second channel. But the court has to protect against that, or its not a fair hearing.

  4. Maybe the judge will feel sorry that he’s such a loser? Between the making a call alone from his bed (most likely), to his weak profits, to his rejection from music labels… but then, such failures only lend motive to why he’d conspire with other losers to attack people who have genuine success in life. Oh well, losers gotta lose.

  6. Did you give the no talent hack Turd Ferguson specific permission to serve motions to you via e-mail, or does all of Team Turdsniffer now assume they can because Cabin Boy does?

  7. Is there ANYONE on Team Sawed-Off Pedo Bomber that has resisted filing snotty, sarcastic documents with the court?

IANAL, but I don’t think judges are persuaded by snark.

    • Judges generally are prejudiced by salacious and impertinent filings. I’m sure they do eye rolling exercises every day to help keep there eye muscles limber. And probably lulz muscles training. Must be hard for a judge to not openly point and laugh at Team Kimberlin.

  8. What the… Took a couple minutes for my mind to register that FiFi is complaining that his employer does not give “Paid” time off. What employer gives a person, yes even an idiot, paid time off for a personal matter. Do like everyone else and time either take vacation or unpaid time off.

On a side note, I don’t think the judge will be impressed with your statement about calling in while in bed. FiFi has risen to a new level of stupid, possible even over taking BS.

    • I had vacation and holidays rolled up into “Paid Time Off” hours years ago. Maybe he doesn’t get paid vacation days… still can take it unpaid, though.

      • Not my fucking problem. Did Lee Stranahan have paid time off to deal with Brett? Did Aaron? Does John? Was there paid time off and free travel/hotel for Grady to deal with Shakey’s nuisance restraining order?

Screw these guys, be they actively involved, accomplices after the fact, or mere cheerleaders.

  9. What getts me, here, is the sheer, unbelievable stupidity displayed. When you “appear telephonically”, you don’t just lie in your bed and chat on your cell phone. You have to use a court approved service, which is not cheap, and there are other things involved.

    Home, laptop.

Flu shots do this to me every year.

    • I have been saying for years that Witless Willie is the brightest of the bunch. We see evidence for that position almost daily.

    • The only year I’ve had the real flu was the ’00-’01 flu season, the year there wasn’t anywhere enough vaccine to go around. The base only got enough for active duty, and by the time I started working at the hospital, they’d run out too.

I have never been so sick in my life. I had always wondered about how the Spanish flu killed so many people. I no longer wonder, and when I saw those stupid OTC ‘flu’ meds ads where someone is standing under an umbrella and whining that they have the flu and are miserable I just snarled at them “you don’t have flu; you’re standing up!”.

Japan put a serious dent in the number of deaths of Japanese seniors by vaccinating children, since children (especially school age children), as any parent knows, are incredibly successful disease vectors.

      • Teaching in a metro area college may be worse. Students range from 17 [16 even for some programs] to 40s and interact with all ages because so few live on campus. They bring in every darned germ in a 100 mile radius.
I get the flu shot early and take enough Vitamin D daily to keep my D level at 60. Until I did that I got sick every single semester. Since then I get an occasional mild cold.

  10. So he’s going to bring his bed into the video conference room? Seems like a lot of baggage. I’d just bring a pillow.

  11. “Hoge is basically asking this court to render moot the pending motion Ferguson now has before the Court arguing both jurisdiction and venue without actually ruling on it.”

People reply to motions, disputing the law, facts and/or logic.

Team Pedo seem to be constantly amazed that anyone would do that, and seem to think that complaining to the court means it will stop.

“Hoge conspiratorially suggests that an audio-only link would not ensure that it is Ferguson on the other end arguing his own motion.”

Given the entire case is that there’s a conspiracy, it would seem that the chances of a conspiracy already being underway was roughly 50/50. So it doesn’t seem unreasonable on the face of it to check against further conspiracies.

    • “Hoge is basically asking this court to render moot the pending motion Ferguson now has before the Court arguing both jurisdiction and venue without actually ruling on it.”

If the court was going to rule in Ferguson favor, then it probably would not have told him to be at this hearing.

    • “Team Pedo seem to be constantly amazed that anyone would do that, and seem to think that complaining to the court means it will stop.”

Guaranteed their mothers all responded to their whining with rewards. Probably still do.
