Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

The Kimberlins have been trying to get various court records sealed or expunged so that they can’t be used in the civil cases pending against them. They have also opposed motions to open up currently sealed and expunged records. Last month, I filed a motion to vacate the expungement of the bogus charge filed against me in July, 2013. Yesterday, I received a copy of Judge Wolfe’s order granting my motion. The charge and its disposition of nolle prosequi are now visible in the Maryland Judiciary Case Search online database.1d00291915

Everything is proceeding as I have foreseen.

    • You forget that on the one that showed Brett’s height a few months ago, it said his height was 0. So Brett is just short no matter what metric is used… šŸ˜€

  1. Hey I noticed that Grace van der Waal won the X-Factor. Simon Cowell called her “the next Taylor Swift,” so I guess THAT position has been filled.

Maybe the next Carrie Underwood or the next Ruben Studdard or the next Taylor Hicks is still available…

      • Keep in mind that William Hung had the last laugh. He leveraged just enough fame and fortune from his fifteen minutes to put himself through school and get a job.

Sometimes, you don’t need to be a megastar. Sometimes, it’s enough to just have a roof over your head and regular meals.

  2. So let me get this straight.
    1) identify person you don’t like
    2) get false charges bought up against that person
    3) charges get thrown out, and records sealed
    4) you claim you did nothing wrong because there’s no evidence of any charges ever being laid.

    Yea, that’s screwed up.
