Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

Monday certainly worked out rather well. The Cabin Boy™ threw in the towel on LOLsuit VII: Degenerations.

Today, there are a couple of interesting hearings on the docket of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. At 9:00 am, there’s a pretrial hearing before Judge Mason in the Walker v. Kimberlin, et al. lawsuit. While some logistical issues related to the possible trial will be considered, most of larger decisions likely will have to wait until a motions hearing on the 30th.

At 9:30 am, Judge Mason is scheduled to hold a motions hearing in the Kimberlin v. Hunton & Williams LLP, et al. (II) RICO 2 Retread LOLsuit. Many of the defendants (including Hunton & Williams) were dismissed from the case in July. IIRC, there are motions to dismiss from all the remaining defendants to be considered today.

Someone from the Vast Hogewash Research Organization will be at the hearings, and I expect to report the outcomes as soon as I can.

Stay tuned.

  1. Did he really “throw in the towel” on LOLSuit VII: Degenerations? If he moved to dismiss without prejudice, doesn’t that imply that he’s going to try to file that case again?
