Hoge v. Kimberlin, et al. News

I filed the following opposition this morning—

My opposition speaks for itself, so I don’t intend to make any further substantive comment on this matter until after the court has ruled on Schmalfeldt’s motion.

  1. I had a feeling that Maryland law was similar to California law. You gotta have counsel present in the courtroom in order to ‘phone it in’ like he wants. Guess someone has to pony up, one way or another. Too bad.

  3. Before bragging about your wonderful trip to Chicago, it’s important to remember that you told a different court that you are too disabled to travel. Then there is also the fact that he swears he can’t communicate by phone. Of course a DUMBFUCK doesn’t think more than 1/2 move into the future. Poor Bill. Always a day late and a dollar short. As always, he might get what he wants because MD.

  4. I’m not going to run over to Twitter and check, but is “You’re Killing ME!” Bill on stage? Or is he still in the greenroom?

  5. Dear Mr. Hoge,

Despite a hard battle that involved going cold turkey from almost a pack a day smoking habit, I have been smoke free for 1 year, 9 months, and 12 days as of this writing.

I beseech you to refrain from such beautifully executed legal bitch-slaps, as they trigger cravings to smoke in satisfaction.
