Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

The pretrial statements of the parties in the Walker v. Kimberlin, et al. lawsuit were due last week. The parties are supposed to work together to prepare a joint statement if possible, but that did not happen in this case. The Kimberlins did not respond when Aaron Walker contacted them about preparing a joint statement, so each side filed its own. Here is the text of what Aaron filed.

I don’t intend to publish the statement filed by the Kimberlins because the comments that might generate could tip The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin off to some of the silly errors he made. I’d prefer that he find out the hard way—at the pretrial hearing.

  1. It’s about time for the town crier to start ringing his bell and yelling “Bring out your dead”.

  2. Due to Kimberlin’s stricken stuff, expect Kimberlin to refuse anything certified and think he can claim he never got it, while the USPS returns it stamped “Refused”, providing more evidence Kimberlin has no intention of cooperating with anything.

  3. I’ll just bet that the Pedo Couple filed a response that was on point, filled with salient legal references, and complied with all court rules. Oh who am I kidding, we all know they filed the same garbage they usually do.

  5. BK can’t continue to play “Catch me if you can” if he takes a call from AW, plus the Tiny Terrorist is probably convinced this will never get to a jury, so why bother with instructions?
