Found in fortune cookie: “Pro-se plaintiff may find biting off more than he can chew leads to choking on his own vindictive nature.” #无理取闹

    YOU—JUST—CAN’T—REMAIN—-SILENT CAN YOU?

Threatening someone who has a lawsuit against you, may not be in your best interst

WHY DID YOU WRITE A JUDGE YOU CANNOT TRAVEL OUT OF STATE AND THEN GO AND TRAVEL OUT OF STATE?

ARE YOU REALLY REALLY REALLY THAT STUPID, no wait…

A PRO BONO LAWYER IS NOT AN UNLIMITED ADVOCATE OR A GUY AN AVVO, HE WAS SHANGHAI’D BY THE COURT TO REPRESENT YOU AND WILL BAIL IF YOU CONTINUE TO HARASS BABIES BTW.

DID YOU SHOW HIM THE MICROSOFT LETTER YET?

    • This is all the grotesque ghoul has, its reason for being. It’s not like the loathsome loser is going to be busy making cookies for its grandchildren who’ll be visiting later – – nor anyone else.

    • “WHY DID YOU WRITE A JUDGE [saying] YOU CANNOT TRAVEL OUT OF STATE [or you could die!] AND THEN GO AND TRAVEL OUT OF STATE?”

      Pro Tip for Mr. Sorich:

See MD case id 06C16070789, Defendant Schmalfeldt’s Motion To Transfer Plaintiff’s Case Or Dismiss Under The Doctrine Of Forum Non Conveniens, page 1, “It Would Present Defendant Schmalfeldt With Risk To His Life And/Or Safety To Be Forced To Travel…”

      • Yes, I agree, Mr. Sorich didn’t believe in the case and underlying principle so much that he volunteered his services pro bono. He is court ordered to represent the lying laardvark, based on the income and assets listed in an IFP showing need. IOW, income based, or welfare.

Well, the poor guy is court ordered until the IFP is successfully challenged, at which point, I expect the repulsive reprobate will be billed for all services and costs provided to date. I’d think any lawyer would leave no legal stone unturned in collecting that debt if they had a client who was proven to have falsified an IFP. As officers of the court the client attempted to defraud, they’d feel duty bound to make the creepy client pay every cent, and every sanction.

        • We’re gonna get rich, right boss?

I’m betting he didn’t exactly think this free lawyer thing through completely. That’s the problem with only “yes” arrows on the Feldchart.

          • I always thought “dragooned” was a terrific word.

And since we’re talking about matters relating to BS, the emphasis really ought to be on the “goon.”

If I “deleted it from the Internet,” then you don’t have a copy. If you have a copy, then it was not “deleted from the Internet.” #logic

    HEY – WORLD’S STUPIDIEST CLIENT

YOU DO KNOW YOU HAVE THE ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT?

BUT THANKS FOR CONFESSING TO DELETING MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF EXCULPATORY MATERIALS!!!!!

CALL YOUR LAWYER, ASK HIM IF ITS OKAY FOR YOU TO DEFEND YOUR ACTIONS ON THE INTERNET…

    #spoliationnotjustforbabyharassers

    • So, if someone saved a copy to a thumb drive which they then put in a safety deposit box, and Bill then deletes the document, guess what? He’s deleted it from the internet!!

There would be no way anyone not the holder of the thumbdrive could get a copy. Ergo, SPOLIATION!!!

Even if the person looking for a copy was the owner of the thumb drive, the document would still not be on the internet.

But then I guess since Bill wouldn’t be smart enough to do something like that, he can’t even imagine that anyone else might only make an offline copy of something.

      • Indeed, just because others, well aware of Bill’s tendencies to memory hole the crap he spews, save copies of his bilge doesn’t relieve him the burden of preserving said bilge himself.
Purposeful deletion of information he knows to be pertinent to his suit or possible future suits is spoilation on his part, regardless of how many other copies may be out there.

at this point, Bill has got to be praying to the god he doesnt believe in that not EVERYTHING has been saved.

a prayer that , unfortunately for him, is going to go unanswered.

        ITS ALL IN THE VAULT.

        • So IF the case gets to discovery and the defandants ask Bill to produce something, is it legal for him to respond, “Go ask Alice, she saved a screen shot of it. I think.”??
