Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

One of the websites affiliated with Justice Through Music and Velvet Revolution.US is known as Hunton & Williams Watch (huntonandwilliamswatch dot org). It nominally carries news that The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin imagines supports his failed RICO 2: Electric Boogaloo LOLsuit which is formally known as Kimberlin v. Hunton & Williams LLP, et al. The site also has a DONATE button, but that may not be generating much revenue.

I was checking up on it yesterday evening, and couldn’t find any traffic analysis for it. The traffic is so low that services such as Alexa don’t have any data for it. Aside from the fact that very few people care about Brett Kimberlin’s contretemps with Team Themis, the “news” on the site is so stale that even someone interested in the lawfare wouldn’t want to rely on H&W Watch to find out what was happening.

Here’s an example of one of the more recent bits of “news” on the site, a year-old story recycled from Breitbart Unmasked Bunny Boy Unread.H&Wwatch

There’s nothing about the federal RICO 2: Electric Boogaloo LOLsuit being dismissed or how the appeal is going. There’s nothing about how the most of the defendants (including Hunton & Williams) have been dismissed from the RICO 2 Retread LOLsuit in state court. Of course, Bunny Boy Unread hasn’t updated its coverage either.

Brett Kimberlin never really had a firm grip of the narrative, and his clumsy attempts at brass knuckles reputation management have resulted in his completely losing control. Now, things are like an old TV show.

loss_of_syncWe are controlling transmission. If we wish to make it louder, we will bring up the volume. If we wish to make it softer, we will tune it to a whisper. We will control the horizontal. We will control the vertical. We can roll the image, make it flutter. We can change the focus to a soft blur or sharpen it to crystal clarity.

The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s lawfare is reaching its outer limits.

  1. I suspect you mean lowest limit, which is dismissal with prejudice AGAIN.

But it is a nice chart: appears profoundly encompassing while saying nothing.

  2. Couple of questions:

    1) What was it Hunton & Williams supposedly did to target an activist?

    2) Is that picture supposed to convey a message? Is it showing an activist being oppressed? Is it presenting data? Is it a flow chart? It is an organization chart? Is it a drug trip? What? What is it?

    • I think it is the kind of graphic addled people use in order to make themselves look sane. SEE? We can understamd how social stuff works! Hierarchy of needs! Buzz words! Eleventy!!1!

  3. Outer Limits was great but I thing Rod Sterling would have a better take on the Twilight Zone. I can see him now sitting there trying in vain to explain the Brett Syndrome.

    • You’re not alone. But just remind yourself that, for however much it’s bothering us, it must be killing Team Sawed-Off Pedo Bomber.

      • I miss having to set my TV to channel 3 and flip the switch on the converter box before firing up my old Atari. Good times.

        • I miss staying up late when the local stations went off the air and then playing with the antenna to see what other cities you could get.

          • Early in the morning after sign off at WSM-TV in Nashville, we connected a portable TV to a signal sampling port on the feed line to the transmitting antenna on top of the 1200 ft tower. We got a clear P5 signal from WCCO-TV in Minneapolis.

          • I just KNEW you’d have a story about this!

Although from here in Western PA I once got a very weak signal from Iowa. Don’t remember the specifics.

          • When we lived outside Galway, I can remember playing with the rabbit ears in the summer and getting test patterns reading Norge and Svierge, documentaries from Iceland, and once a Spanish broadcast of Carmen, sung in French with Spanish subtitles.

        • I miss UHF channels, where you had to change the channel selector knob to UHF and then fine tune the channels in with that big ol’ ring knob.

          • Think of the generations of cats that will never know the luxury of sleeping on top of a warm TV set

          • My cat hated it when my CRT computer monitor died and I replaced it with a flat screen. She gave me a “Where am I supposed to sleep now?” look. I told her “Look on the bright side. At least you won’t roll off the front of it in your sleep now.”

        • I remember watching the repairman changing the tubes behind the TV….

          …..ah, the buttcracks.

      • Soon we all will be missing over the air TV. Look for most broadcast TV stations to vanish next year when the FCC Spectrum Auction concludes.

    • I don’t like him either. He needs to watch himself. I’ve got the death sentence in twelve systems!

(I don’t see Alec Guinness showing up to save Bomber Boy in this scene, either)

  4. Hunton & Williams targeting activist, my foot. Brett Kimberlin has delusions of grandeur. He believes he is such a major player in the world of progressive politics. I truth, he is a flea on the rump of a rhinoceros. Unimportant, ineffective, a complete zero.

    • It’s the life he chose. And his life choices so far have been pretty um… what’s the word… Odd.
