The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin has filed his informal reply brief in his Kimberlin v. Hunton & Williams LLP, et al. RICO 2: Electric Boogaloo LOLsuit Appeal. I found footnote 1 interesting.
Kimberlin was warned not to include me in his appeal before he filed it because there were no federal issues in any of his claims against me in the RICO 2 LOLsuit. However, he didn’t take any timely steps to remove me from the list of appellees.I believe TDPK has filed a frivolous and vexatious appeal against me which caused my lawyer for have to file an unnecessary informal opposition brief. Therefore, I have instructed my lawyer to seek sanctions and fees.
Yes, sir, I will!
Some people are just born really stupid.
…and really arrogant without any justification.
Kimberlin specifically lists you as an appellee and then claims you aren’t an appellee.
That is worthy of sanctions indeed.
I found it hilarious that he undermined his frivolous claim that he couldn’t amend because of the other case’s protective order, when he admitted immediately after that he actually asked the court for [redacted] which means that he failed to actually preserve the issue. Brilliant.
The appellate panel won’t miss that, I assure you.
The fees for a lawyer, who figuratively beats on the short Pro Se like a rented mule, will be higher than the Pro Se himself. Go get’em Gentle Host, get all the fees.
Clearly the world’s worst pro se paralegal is in way over his head.
hahahaha
“clearly” = “could be argued successfully to a drunk person or perhaps someone highly stoned.”
“without merit” = “damaging to the continuation of my case”
also, “even offered to file offered to file the Frey discovery under seal…”
generously offered to submit information he wasn’t allowed to use in this case in some other fashion which doesn’t alter that he isn’t allowed to use it in this case?
Exactly! hahaha
There’s a reason one must pass a bar exam to be admitted to practice law; sometimes, ‘feeling like a lawyer’ just isn’t enough. That may seem like a high enough hurdle to some, but those people have a stunted view on things.
I identify as a heart surgeon, but dang if i can get hospital privileges.
^5 both of you.
gm – ISWYDT hahaha
Look at it this way: if the obstacles were a limbo bar instead of a hurdle, we’d discover exactly how low he’d go to win.
Just wondering… when your attorney files for fees, will he include the expenses incurred by his paralegal? Assuming, of course, that said paralegal did any work on this case…
Sanctions, Fees and Testicles. On a PLATTER
This is extraordinarily frustrating. He didn’t have to go down this path, but he’s not smart enough to know that. I suspect the court will educate the midget in its own time.
Multiple people have told him he was making a poor decision. He’s been warned, repeatedly, that his actions would come back to haunt him. Nothing has dented his unshakable resolve to throw himself onto the wall of pikes presented to him.
I’ll give him credit. He’s going to go down with his ship, defending his bestest buddy forever. Too bad he’s still going down with the ship!
