Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

The Kimberlins filed a second motion for summary judgment in the Walker v. Kimberlin, et al. lawsuit. Here is Aaron Walker’s opposition.

Indeed, the Defendants’ argument borders on farcical.

Yep.

  1. I realize my statement that their arguments bordered on farcical is in error. They crossed that border long ago and are close to the border of blithering idiocy, aka Schmalfeldtville.

      • I still don’t know how to feel about her. Perhaps she’s being dragged along in the wake of a sociopath, but she had her chance to get away. So I’m not sure how much a part of this she is. Just saying.

  2. The Kimberlarity: The point in time when the entirety of stupidity and malice produced by all of the members of Team Kimberlin merges into a single scurrying cockroach.

    • Please, stop insulting cockroaches via comparisons to Team Kimberlin. Cockroaches at least provide some minor useful function to the environment.

      • You’re right, or course. Guess we’ll have to rethink the details of…
        The Theory of the Kimberlarity.

  3. Page 4 is blank.

It’s incredible how the puny pedo thinks repeatedly discredited arguments will work the next time they’re tried.

  4. This defamation-proof doctrine has been reserved for some of the worst criminals in our society: a habitual criminal, Cardillo v. Doubleday & Co., Inc., 518 F. 2d 638 (2nd Cir. 1975); a serial killer, Jackson v. Longscope, 394 Mass. 577 (1985); the assassin of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Ray v. Time, Inc., 452 F. Supp. 618 (W.D. Tenn. 1976); and a serial bomber, (Brett Kimberlin).

This paragraph was perfection and we sometimes forget what a pathetic dreg of society our host and Aaron Walker are dealing with.
