There has been some progress in the Hoge v. Kimberlin, et al. lawsuit. I now have the paperwork confirming service of process on two of the defendants. A third defendant has not only been served, he has responded by serving me with a motion to dismiss which I will, of course, oppose. That opposition and some other matters will be dealt with this week.
