It seems that several of my codefendants in the Kimberlin v. Team Themis, et al. RICO 2: Electric Boogaloo LOLsuit think that the court should require The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin to play by the rules.

It’s right there in ‘The ACME Book of Law’. Brett Kimberlin shall determine how the courts will work. Bill Schmalfeldt shall determine how the law is interpreted.

Can someone give me the best guess why these judges allow Kimberlin to continue to file these suits? You’ve got some heavy hitter law firms from DC, and even they can’t get this bullshit squashed in under a year. He fragrantly mocks the rules of County, State and Federal Courts with absolutely zero consequences. And most of all he is allowed to drag these cases much longer than ‘normal’ plaintiffs, allowing the billable hours to rack up. It’s utterly amazing to me how successful he is at his lawfare which cost his victims tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands or even a million. Might be better to finish this D;
