It seems to me that confident litigants wouldn’t be so touchy about their lulzsuits.
I think William’s a-scared of something.
The lizard survival-mode of its brain seems to remember the numerous a*spoundings he’s gotten in the past. Like Wile E. Coyote in the instant before gravity pulls him to earth, Billy knows he’s trying to support his obese self on a very thin reed…
It is so readily apparent that Bill Schmalfeldt has managed to survive his time on this earth by being nothing more than a common bully. When he self-admittedly malingered on board ship during his so-called Naval career, I am equally confident that he did so not only by skulking and hiding but also by bullying and thuggery. In my opinion, he is nothing more than a societal leech, living off the toils of others while he pursues his vengeance against humanity at having been born.
His spate of LULZ-suits, most of which have been disastrous and downright laughable will be a fitting lament of his epitaph – “Here repose the remaining ashes of Little Billy Schmalfeldt who never gained the success at anything he attempted except in his own twisted and perverted mind and body size”.
Be careful what you wish for. You may find yourself up to your armpits in alligators!
It’s tough to die without a friend in the world as well as to leave nothing more than a rotting stain on the floor.

Don’t forget he is sucking the public teat for a bad knee. A knee that does him no good as he will be quick to remind you. But instead of letting REAL heroes have their wounds taken care of, Bill continues to suck the tit of the VA for a ‘bum knee’. Let’s think about that for a moment. He claims to be a radio personality for over 30 years. Do you need to run or lift heavy objects for that? No. Now he is an unemployed failure. Does he need a knee to be a sit on his ass failure? No. So Bill is taking money that could go to our wounded warriors and basically spending on Johnny Walker and fattening foods. (Allegedly. In the kitchen, with a spoon)
Between his knee and the Parkinson’s, poor William can’t make it to refrigerator most days.
Unless of course he’s suing Hoge for taking away his opportunities on the lecture circuit. Look it up, he actually did do that.
Funny thing about the lecture circuit? It doesn’t often come to you, You pretty much have to go to it.
He submits letters to courts saying that he’s just to crippled and helpless to travel in defense of himself, but then tweets things like this

Each and every one of William’s lulzsuits, without fail, mentions that he’s “100% disabled,” but he also threatens to run around the lower 48, filing copyright lulzsuits.
In large part, i suspect that’s why people question the extent of his disability. He can’t seem to decide on it himself.
Schmalfeldt does have at least one chronic condition that no one can deny: Dishonesty.

Bill asks himself on twitter why some people hide anonymously in comments. Anonymous speech is as American as apple pie and most our founding fathers utilized anonymous speech and for good reason because they wanted to protect innocent family members from reprisal for their revolutionary endeavors. Please Bill inform your many twitter followers next time that when you do know the name of person (example: agiledog and several others) you start contacting and messing with their family members who have nothing to do with you. And recently scrolling through your timeline why are you continuing to talk about family members who aren’t party to this? Have you no shame, Sailor?
