The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin filed a motion whining that he need more time for discovery in his Kimberlin v. Frey RICO Remnant LOL suit. Discovery was due to end on 15 March, and he hasn’t yet put together a solid case for a LOLsuit that he filed on 15 October, 2013. He wanted until 10 June. Judge Hazel has given him 16 extra day, until 1 April when reports on discovery will be due from both parties.

Discovery was scheduled to finish “this week.” The delay was almost seven week. Frey’s attorney was willing to extend that deadline to March 15th. Either, once again Hazel has favored Kimberlin, or, else April 1st is when a hearing fits into his schedule.
