I’m sure The Lovely and Talented Cindy will be THRILLED to testify on Blob’s behalf. That sounds like great fun for all involved.
Her time spent in court could be several days.
And what about the deposition? That’s another day of her life wasted on the Blobs lawfare.
The computer systems network administrator will have to be flown in and his time and hotel will need to be paid. How else can he get the “email” corroborated and entered into evidence? And how will he prove who was on the other end of that message? An IP address doesn’t prove WHO punched those keys. He will probably need upwards of $10,000 just to get to trial. What’s going to happen when he drops the suit and these defendants are awarded costs? I wonder what the Federal Judge will think of the fact he has filed multiple suits just as frivolous as LolsuitVI and against these same victims.

The depositions, especially, will present Billy with unforeseen obstacles, if the case ever gets that far. Can’t wait.

Let see, he claimed I was giving names then he contacted a family member of mine and claimed they were talking to him as well. Both are bald-faced LIES.
He called me an idiot for stating flat out he wrote “Confessions”, then within a few weeks was issuing DMCA claims stating he was the author.
I can’t decide whether that incident was a lie or not, because it was so incredibly STUPID.

Oh, my. He says Cindy gave him hardcopy, and he added the PRINTED text above, but got the wrong name. Which begs the question: why not print up corrected versions? Followed by: isn’t that an admission he fabricated that exhibit?
Oh, and he still doesn’t grasp res judatica.
There are ways to ensure the judge sees them.
