This. A typical bully: let him know that you got a can of whoopass to blast him with, and every intention of using it, and he’ll nutshuffle a fearpee trail all the way home.
Well, he’s got a perfect record of running in terror anytime a lawyer is involved. Bill really need to step back and realize he’s a lot stupider then he thinks he is and just quit trying to be Oliver Wendell Jones
Uh. I’m not hugely familiar with civil procedure, but does he really get to say “each party to bear his own costs” when dismissing voluntarily? There’s no mention of an agreement between the parties to do that. Couldn’t Mr. Grady seek restitution for costs if he were so inclined?
Indeed, any defendant who has gone thru the time, trouble and money to retain a lawyer should have their costs reimbursed by the idiot who instigated he suit to begin with, but considering the money he “urned” is probably running out by now, that isn’t going to happen.
just FYI Stinky, I’m not now, nor have I ever been subject to the US legal system but if you want to screw up your amended complaint trying to get to someone outside of the US go right ahead pin head.
Dim girls 1, Brave Sir William – hey, where’d he go?
He was last seen wandering around St. Francis. Good gait on him!
Down the Yangtze. Or whatever the name of that yellow river is.
That’s the one.
Weird name for a river that flows from MD to WI.
Hwang Ho, bro.
It’s OK, he dismissed himself, without prejudice.
*Curtsy*

Hilarious typo, Cabin Boy. Very Freudian.
Help me; I missed it.
In the caption, it says that he is dismissing 2 *defendants* with Prejudice and one *Plaintiff* without prejudice.
And much like firing Lucas from Star Wars made it better, dismissing the Plaintiff from this suit couldn’t hurt.
Wow. Just wow.
I see a day when he dismisses the entire universe, with prejudice of course.
In Federal Court, universe dismisses you.
So wait. Is the suit still active with regard to Eric and the Does and Roes?
Over what? “This, a thousand times this.”?
I think he’s still hunting for an easy target somewhere. That surely SOMEONE will settle with him rather than say ‘Come at me bro.’
Too bad the word is out now.

Don’t forget “defendent Hoge” as listed in the original complaint!
Pretty much.
Phone, train.

“Bill really need to step back and realize heโs a lot stupider then he thinks he is.” Naw, Schamfeldt is too stupid for _that_! ๐
