The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin has filed a motion to compel Aaron Walker to comply with a subpoena issued in the Kimberlin v. Frey RICO Remnant LOLsuit. The Gentle Reader should not be surprised to learn that Aaron opposes TDPK’s motion.

It was probably much easier to follow the rules when he was suing because the porn he bought wasn’t dirty enough for him. Very important issues have a way of focusing the mind.
I am not even close to being a lawyer but even I can tell that what the tiny pedo is asking for is overly broad and duplicative. Hopefully the court will do what’s right.
