Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

Saturday’s mail also contained this opposition by The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin to my motion for an expedited hearing of my existing motion to dismiss in the Kimberlin v. Team Themis, et al. RICO 2: Electric Boogaloo LOLsuit pursuant to Maryland’s Anti-SLAPP statute.

I’ll reserve any comment for the reply I will file with the court.

  1. Brett Kimberlin’s assertion that he does not want to deprive John Hoge of any of his Constitutional rights is belied by his statement that he intends to file a subsequent action in which he will ask for a preliminary injunction silencing John Hoge from written about him at all.
