RICO 2: Electric Boogaloo News

This morning, I filed replies to two oppositions filed by The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin to motions I had filed in the Kimberlin v. Team Themis, et al. RICO 2: Electric Boogaloo LOLsuit. The first deals with his one-page opposition to my motion for sanctions.

The second deals with his opposition to my motion for an expedited hearing on my motion to dismiss.

My replies speak for themselves, and I do not plan to make any further public comment on these matters until the court has ruled on them.

  1. I would suggest we don’t talk too much about how Brett has screwed up. He is very slow learner.

    • Those of us in the dark will just have to wait I guess.
Though I do hope if I keep pointing out Orin Kerr’s “A Theory of Law” I can actually get him to cite it in a court document :P.

  2. When I read the Sawed-Off Pedophile’s whine, I found it laughable, but it didn’t occur to me that he never actually denied a single element of Our Gracious Host’s motion.

I guess he thought his bluster would cover that up, and it worked with me. But I’m not any kind of a legal expert…

    • It is a good day when you learn something.

Our graceful host has helped me learn many things from reading this blog and about this rather annoying little man. The greatest being, “Do not look at what is said, rather look for what is not said.”. Bluster and bulldust are sales tools, engineering is what keeps the world actually running.

  3. WOW!

I cannot believe your son sent that snail mail letter from Union Bridge to the sheriffs office telling them how scared he is that he might hurt other people. Is home life that bad, Hoggy Jr? Is daddy really that verbally abusive (it don’t show bruises!)? Hopefully a court ordered psych eval is just the thing you need, buddy. Prayers!

    • Yeah, I don’t believe it either. I might believe that someone could have driven up MD 75 from Montgomery County and stopped off in Union Bridge (which is the first town over the county line) to drop of a piece of mail. I might believe that, but coming up MD 27 is an easier drive, and 27 comes through Mt. Airy, not Union Bridge.

No, the plan is too off-the-wall and more effort than I would expect from any of the likely suspects. However, thanks for providing evidence that any such letter was bogus just in case I’m wrong.

      • Let’s see if I am following the story here. A letter was sent somewhere (newspaper or police?) ostensibly by your son, and some loon on the Internet knows all about it because the police or newspaper passed the letter or the gist thereof to the loon.

It sounds SO plausible to me. I wonder if make the voices stop has ever tried SWATting.

    • I cannot believe your son sent that snail mail letter

Yeah, I think you’ll find most people don’t believe it either.

        • OK, let’s play your silly game and pretend such a letter was sent. What would likely happen?

If it were taken seriously, a couple of deputies would come by Stately Hoge Manor and interview Will. Since he is reasonably articulate and would deny having sent the letter, they would do one of two things. A, they might thank him for his time and drop the matter. B), they might open a criminal investigation for filing a false report that resulted in an investigation.

If a color printer was used to generate the letter or the envelope, printer steganography could be used to ID the make and serial number of the printer. Other evidence could be developed letter as well.

Would the CCSO do that for a misdemeanor charge? I suppose it would depend on how tired they are of dealing with bogus complaints directed at our family. Remember that the last time they had to come out to our house, the Cabin Boy™ wound up being charged with failure to obey a peace order.

          • Which VPN/anonymous proxy service are the anonymous Team Kimberlin cowards using this time, O Gentle Host?

        • No letter was sent. Keep telling yourself that

I don’t know enough about the situation to have an opinion on whether a letter was sent. That’s only half of your assertion, though.

    • How many Admissions Against Interest can we find here?
      – Existence of a paper letter
      – Content
      – Location letter was mailed

      Amazing Kreskin would be amazed….
