Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

The end of the year always seems to be a busy time for the Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin. This year, he has several motions to deal with over the holidays. On 18 December, I filed two motions in the Kimberlin v. Team Themis, et al. RICO 2: Electric Boogaloo LOLsuit. The first seeks sanctions against The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin for his repeated failure to properly serve me with court papers. The second seeks an immediate hearing on my motion to dismiss pursuant to the Maryland Anti-SLAPP law. His responses to my motions are due not later than 4 January, 2016.

On Monday, Patrick Frey’s lawyers filed a motion to quash TDPK’s subpoenas to the LA County DA’s Office and Google in the Kimberlin v. Frey RICO Remnant LOLsuit. The same day, I filed a motion in the same LOLsuit seeking sanctions against TDPK for filing a sealed motion targeting me which he has not served on me. He has until 7 January to respond to these motions.

Tick, tock.

  1. What is going on with Aaron’s SLAPP motion? The judge promised a ruling early, but there isn’t any ruling yet visible on the Maryland case system.
