Legal LULZ Du Jour

Thus tweeteth the Cabin Boy™—dbr201512111512Zdbr201512111514ZLet’s see … the last time the Cabin Boy™ sued me … oh, yeah, that was the LOLsuit in the Circuit Court for Howard County. Now, how did that go?

Yeah, I remember now. Judge Kramer dismissed the suit against the out-of-state defendants because The Dreadful Pro-Se Schmalfeldt had failed to serve them, and she dismissed the case against me because I was being sued in the wrong county. Now, I’m pretty sure that I told the judge that I lived in Carroll County and didn’t work in Howard County, and I didn’t lie about that.

Hmmmm.dbr201512111516ZIt must be some technicality under Acme Law that makes living outside of Howard County a form of cheating. Still, I don’t remember any sense of humiliation as a result of winning.

Perhaps I’m not the one with a progressive brain disorder.

  1. Correct, the one Bill suffers from, besides stupidity, is call offenluenza … being perpetually offended by everything, everywhere, all the time. Rather like a bratty 4 year old is… Could be a form of Parkinson’s dementia, except he has been exhibiting this longer than he has suffered from Parkinson’s!

  2. The man could have never have been a reporter, if he had he would know that court cases are in the public domain and any interested party can comment, report or write an opinion on them.

Public court cases are everybody’s business.

    • I’ll stick up for Bill. I have no doubt he was a reporter. Just not for long at any one place. Just glancing at his work history shows that he didn’t last long at any job. Of course it was probably because he was so much smarter and talented then his bosses they had to get rid of him so he wouldn’t make them look bad.

    • This became a matter for the public when bill did not follow the C&D, causing Ms. Thomas to file for a RO. If he had followed the C&D it would be a private matter.

  3. Mr. Hoge keep his nose out of my affairs or he may find it caught in a rat trap

As a rat trap is meant to kill, this is clearly a death threat.

    • But there’s a problem – it has to be something a reasonable person would take as a death threat. A reasonable person, having been threatened by the Big BM as often as our gracious host, would laugh, not feel threatened.

    • “Mr. Hoge keep his nose out of my affairs or he may find it caught in a rat trap” … ‘a trap set by a rat’. There, fixed that for him.

  4. I found out that showing up, telling the truth, and pointing out the opponent is a lying sack of shit works pretty well.

It worked real well for me when I had a court hearing about the harassment by William M Schmalfeldt Sr. The court granted me a Harassment Prevention Order against him.

It really helps when the opponent submits lies, and proof that they are lies, to the court himself.

  5. “And they are not subject to debate.”

    — William Smellfart, Twitter Attorney at Law, collector of multiple court orders from multiple states for harassment and stalking.

    • The fundamental rule of Bill’s self-perception is that any and all unfavorable discussion of him is a violation of law, civil, criminal, or both.

Fortunately, that rule is utterly wrong as has been shown by his repeated legal failures. He eliminates the resulting cognitive dissonance by saying that the failures are the result of lies, legal technicalities, etc. He always finds a way to excuse to himself his multiple failures.

The fundamental rule of Blustering Bill’s life (as opposed to his fundamental rule of self-perception) is that he is a whiny failure at everything of any significance.

  6. Why is he including Osborne and Kimberlin on his tweets? If it’s none of Hoge’s business, how is it any of theirs?

Unless his attacks are literally the business…
