Last week, TDPK filed a motion to have the dismissals in the Kimberlin v. Most of the Universe, et al. RICO Retread LOLsuit of Breitbart, Michelle Malkin, Twitchy, Glenn Beck, Mercury Radio Arts, and The Blaze converted into a final judgment. This would allow him to file a separate appeal for those defendants—which fits with the strategy he enunciated after having his butt kicked in 2014.
