The next week-and-a-half will be interesting.
On Tuesday (the 8th), a hearing is scheduled in the Kimberlin v. Most of the Universe, et al. RICO Retread LOLsuit in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. It will deal with Aaron Walker’s motion to dismiss and his motion for summary judgment. If Aaron is successful, he would be the seventh defendant dismissed from the case. The case was settled with four of the defendants, so that would leave the National Bloggers Club, Ali Akbar, Patrick Frey, Lee Stranahan, Mandy Nagy, Dan Backer, DB Capitol Strategies, and me as the remaining defendants.
The following Monday (the 14th), the Maryland Court of Special Appeals is scheduled to take up The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s appeal of his loss in the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. nuisance lawsuit. No oral argument is scheduled, and the court has ordered TDPK to show cause why the case shouldn’t be dismissed. Kimberlin filed an answer to the show cause order, but … well, my opinion doesn’t count. We’ll see what the court does.
