Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

This puts a formal end to The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s appeal of the dismissal of the RICO and Ku Klux Klan Act claims in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness.

Good riddance.

  1. Acme Law… Bunny Boy Tries Redirect

Pro Se Terrorist: “Bunny Boy! Dumbass has failed. You’re up.”
Pro Se Bunny Boy: “What is your desire, oh great Diddler Bomber?”
Pro Se Terrorist: “Not now. I need you to do some work.”
Pro Se Bunny Boy: “Your command, oh Masticator of Seals?”
Pro Se Terrorist: “We need to change the public’s focus of attention.”
Pro Se Bunny Boy: “From what?”
Pro Se Terrorist: “From the fact that I served prison time for being a bomber.”
    … one year later…
Pro Se Bunny Boy: “Mission accomplished, oh great Diddler Bomber.”
Pro Se Terrorist: “Great! How did you do it?”
Pro Se Bunny Boy: “I wrote lies on all your websites about your detractors.”
    Pro Se Terrorist: “… ??? …”
Pro Se Bunny Boy: “We’re all gonna be rich, right Boss?”

  2. The American Spectator should be so proud of themselves by the vicious fight they put up so everyone’s first amendment rights……

    WAIT a moment……..

I’m wrong, they cut and ran at the earliest possible time. It SHOULD have been defendants like the AmSpec that fought this fight at every turn. As an organization they have access to resources that individuals just don’t.
Mr Hoge & Aaron basically fought Kimberlin in the trenches, motion by motion, hearing after hearing, point by point. I know Aaron spent a great deal of time on this particular case. I’ll also give a shout out to Ken White and Patrick O. for leading the legal team.

  3. Holy Schneikies! Didja read the latest over at RSMs?

That I posted this in a TKPOD thread is, umm, entirely coincidental.

  4. Regular readers of this blog should probably do two things:

1 go read Stacy’s blog, now.

2 refrain entirely from speculating about point 1

    • I have my thoughts on this–taking a wait and see–but it would just make my year if this made some Lawsuits moot.

    • Far be it from me to speculate, but I noticed McCain’s letters say one of the perps will be entering a plea in Washington, D.C. could you infer anything about the identity of the perpetrator from the location?

  5. Speculating about not speculating: I am pretty sure if the names that we might think are the subject of the letter were indeed the subject of the letter, RSM (and WJJ and AW) would say so. That there is an admonishment not to speculate, my speculation is that it is not those names, and since those names are litigious – and are sanctioned by the law in Federal and Maryland courts to practice lawfare….

    • Whether Mr. Scruggs’ speculations are correct or not, they are shrewd and consistent with requests from people who have been victims
