    • This is the signature which was similar to the signature that was on the letter — and their similarity proved forgery. If the signatures had been different, it would have demonstrated authenticity, I’m sure. Curiously, the postmark on the letter also demonstrated forgery, since it was from the same postal center as the other mail sent from his address. Billogical.

  1. But not a vexatious litigant, no sir, not a one to been seen anywhere, I just don’t get where they come up with that vexatious label at all.

  2. I wish he was busy working two part-time jobs to pay restitution to the only living victim of his bombings. Sandra DeLong lost her husband because he could not stand the pain caused by the bombing which blew off his leg. Mrs. Delong was also injured and should be getting payments from Kimberlin. Instead, this @$*&^%! wastes his time suing people who point out his history.

    • You mean the bomb that Kimberlin set at a high school football game, in addition to others around Speedway, IN; in an effort to distract the police from their investigation into the murder of the grandmother of his love interest. A love interest that met with said grandmother’s disapproval considering his mature age, and her legally protected minority?

      That bomb?

  3. He’s got another one coming up before any of these, but let’s not educate the midget too much.
