Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

Brett Kimberlin has admitted to forging court documents. This exchange occurred last April between Kimberlin and Judge Ryon in the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. nuisance suit. It deals with Certified Mail green card that supposedly verified service to Ali Akbar. The Gentle Reader may notice the PACER caption at the page break. This because the same card was also used to try to verify service in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness.ECF 124-p2He’s bad liar and a bad forger.

  1. Dear Host, Perhaps you should have saved the green card story for St. Patrick’s Day next week, stories of the little people involving green and chasing gold are very popular on that day.

  2. Can anyone give me a logical explaination as to why none of these deliberate violations of court rules have not landed BK back in jail, fined or sanctioned?

    • Because unfortunately, the courts view all of this as penny-ante stuff. Kimberlin’s complaint against the bloggers (and the whole BS/Hoge saga) is viewed as bickering neighbors deciding to use the courts to punish and harass as opposed to being a legitimate challenge to the first amendment.

That’s also why nothing substantial has been done about BS’s repeated violations of the peace order. Sure, he’s been contacting Hoge, but emails/tweets are considered easy to ignore. It’s not like BS has been showing up at Hoge’s door or prank calling him.

I don’t think this view is accurate. However, I do think that’s why the Kimberlin case has been bounced to a couple of judges and no significant sanctions have been filed/enforced against him. However, all it will take is for a single judge to really take offense at something Kimberlin does against the court and then all hell will break loose. For many judges, it seems that screwing over your opponents when dealing with small claims is almost expected, if not condoned, but screwing over the court is another matter.

      • Sorry about that. I guess I didn’t close the italics correctly. Damn. Off to Ace’s barrel.

      • The problem with viewing these deliberate albeit mostly petty violations as penny-ante is that it teaches contempt for the Rule of Law generally and the courts specifically. Such violations give advantage to the lawless while hampering the law abiding. That state of affairs can’t last long and when the last straw is reached the consequences will be ugly. Given the increasingly lawless behavior of our leaders, that time may come sooner than expected.

    • He WAS sanctioned in the state case but so far has refused to pay up. No word on what, if any, penalty he’ll face for that.

…and that creates a whole NEW set of problems. Wanna challenge me to come at you some more, nameless, faceless coward?

…he mailed the check for the copyright. Unless he did not mail a check, in which case he lied under oath to Judge Hollander and the USCO,

Since you’ve now decided that lying in a court of law (congrats on that BTW), before you start casting stones, shouldn’t you inform Kimberlin about this development? He’s lied multiple times in court recently.

  4. @OnlineRadioSRN: … [Hoge at least knows where] he mailed the check for the copyright. Unless he did not mail a check, in which case he lied under oath to Judge Hollander and the USCO, (3/11/15, 6:44 AM)

@OnlineRadioSRN: …and that creates a whole NEW set of problems. Wanna challenge me to come at you some more, nameless, faceless coward? (3/11/15, 6:45 AM)

@OnlineRadioSRN: Missing the point, Hoge defames me again. Check, Cash, Wampum, don’t matter. Mailing address. Does matter. (3/11/15, 10:00 AM)

6:44 a.m. — BS claims that (1) Hoge DID mail a check [then in the very next sentence]; (2) IF Hoge did NOT mail a check he lied under oath, and that spells trouble for Hoge and his little dog, too.

10:00 a.m. — BS claims it doesn’t matter if our gentle host mailed a check or not.

The funny part? BS asserts WE’RE missing his point. What point? That BS has no clue what he’s raging about… again? Yeah. We got that.

And, since when did BS start having an issue with lying under oath? Has he expressed his disdain for such behavior with his excellent friend The Convicted (and, admitted) Perjurer and Forger Brett “The Speedway Bomber” Kimberlin?
