Two More Snapshots of Ceres

Dawn20150212More surface features such as craters and bright spots are visible in new images of Ceres from the Dawn spacecraft. These images were taken Feb. 12 at a distance of about 83,000 km from the dwarf planet. Dawn will be captured into orbit around Ceres on 6 March.

  1. The bright spots are obviously where the aliens have their antennas to report back to the home world their observations of our progress. Do you think they are getting nervous?
