Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin doesn’t seem to know how to present evidence. His incompetence is manifest in the lack of organization of his court filings, and his performance in court is staggering to behold.

I’ve watched him bumble in court a dozen or so time over the past couple of years. The following exchange from the first time I saw him in front of a judge in July, 2012, is typical. Let me describe the scene to set things up. Brett Kimberlin had secured a peace order against Aaron Walker, and it had been appealed. During the trail de novo in Circuit Court, TDPK was trying to convince Judge Rupp that Aaron Walker was the source of some emails.

THE COURT: I don’t see any reference here to Mr. Walker.

MR. KIMBERLIN: Well, I can show, I can point it out, if you would like me to.

THE COURT: Well, his name isn’t mentioned here, in any of these.

MR. KIMBERLIN: In, in, in some of the e-mails here, in any of these.

THE COURT: Well, I just read them all.

So he handed the judge emails that didn’t even contain Aaron Walker’s name with the intention of demonstrating a connection to him.

Uh, huh.

Brett Kimberlin is living proof that truth is stranger than fiction.

    • What he lacks in ability, he makes up for in persistence and willingness to lie. Therefore his opponents must also be persistent and devoted to the truth.

  1. When you have no actual case that you can logically present, you have no other course but obfuscation and chaos.

He has to create the menagerie of crap on the wall and then go for the “there is so much here, there must be something to the arguement” position
