I went over to the U. S. District Courthouse in Greenbelt at lunch time and dropped of my reply to The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s omnibus opposition to the motions to dismiss his Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness. The exhibits include the transcript of the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. nuisance lawsuit that Aaron, Stacy, Ali, and I won last August. That transcript runs over 400 pages, so I’m not surprised that my reply didn’t make it on to PACER this afternoon.
When my reply is up on PACER, I’ll post it. Meanwhile, here’s another sample.

This particular point has always struck me as a flat out winner. It’s a shame it wasn’t decided a long, long time ago so that you could have bowed out of this madness early on.
Moron has to moron… And while I’m sorry you and every other defendant has had to put up with this shutuppery nonsense, it has been good for popcorn futures, so at least it is contributing at least a little bit to the GDP.
