Sometime during the day today, I will make it over the U. S. District Courthouse in Greenbelt and file my reply to The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s omnibus opposition to the motions to dismiss his Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness. Because the exhibits are rather lengthy, it may take a while before it has been scanned and is available on PACER. I’ll post the whole thing (with certain redactions of personal information) after the court has put it online.
Meanwhile, here’s a bit of the reply as a teaser.

Instead of filing a suit based on facts, TDPK sues for his hurt feelings. He feels bad when people talk about his life of felonies, terrorism, perjury, etc. Asked for examples of false statements, he restates his feeling he’s been defamed, and claims his tormenters have done it many times. But he never gives any examples of any blogger making false statements about him.
As long as he is allowed to get away with doing this, he will.
If this DOES manage to make it to trial, I think we’ve got a terrific closing statement above. It’d be perfect to be the last thing said to a jury by one of the defendents

You know the Cabin Boy™ likes to say you haven’t laid a glove on TDPK (absent the August Asskicking).
I suppose he’s technically correct…though you do seem to have connected squarely with every rock you’ve pitched the pint-sized paralegal’s way. As usual, Cabin Boy™ misunderstands the game being played.
TDPK is submitting his filings all wrong . “Chewbacca was a wookie ” is a strategy for the defense, not one for the plaintiff.
