Team Kimberlin Year in Review

Yesterday, we took a look at the top Team Kimberlin stories from January and February. Here are the biggies from March and April.

Kimberlin Attempts to Seize Control of National Bloggers Club

Brett Kimberlin, Racketeer?

It appears that The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin has reverted to being The Dread Pirate Kimberlin and has taken steps to attempt to achieve control of the National Bloggers Club. Since TDPK alleges that the NBC is a racketeering enterprise, I suppose Kimberlin intends to add its nefarious operations to his existing suite of corporate entities.

Also, is he now suing himself?

This may get to be interesting.

As with all of TDPK’s grandiose schemes, Kimberlin wound up controlling bupkis.

April Kimberlin Admits Altering Evidence

Don’t Even Use That With Me

That ‘s what Judge Joan Ryon sternly told the The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin when he tried to use his pro se status to excuse his alteration of a document filed with the court in the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. nuisance suit. The judge told TDPK that she wanted to fine him and took a recess to research whether or not she had the statutory authority to do so. She determined that she did not, so TDPK got off with a warning not to file any further forgeries with the court.

TDPK withdrew all of his motions for sanctions, so the net of the morning is status quo ante—except that Kimberlin is now skating on very thin ice.

My codefendant Stacy McCain will have a more detailed report at his blog.

That admission was and will be costly.

  1. That admission was and will be costly.

Thank you for going to bat against Brett Kimberlin. I would hope the outcome is just as costly as he deserves. Same goes for other injustices committed by Brett, going all the way back to Sandra DeLong and Julia Scyphers.
