I admit I skimmed it, (it’s really hard to pay attention to that many pages of incomprehensibleness) but I didn’t see Themis. Did he actually give up on it, or was it just in one of the bits during which my eyes glazed over.
It’s still in his SAC but I didn’t see it mentioned in his response to the MTD. Then again, I’m not sure any of the defendants mentioned it as a reason to dismiss.

Whatever. The point is that some science nerds just made a video about plasma and magnetic fields in space without once mentioning electricity.
I’ma need to revoke some slide rules from these guys.
