The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin finds it incredible that a group of bloggers would nominate someone for an award for coverage of TDPK’s attacks on bloggers and their First Amendment freedoms. This is from the second amended complaint for his Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness.
That defendant would be me.
I didn’t win. Stacy McCain won for his coverage of the Free Kate brouhaha. Now that I think about it, I wonder if TDPK is jealous because the coverage about him lost out to a story about the statutory rape of a 14-year old girl?
Hmmmmm.
UPDATE—The allegation that I have attacked Kimberlin’s family has no basis in fact, nor has TDPK ever produced any evidence of such an attack. To the contrary, a close reading of this blog will show that I have been supportive of his wife and have made an effort to keep her children and his mother and siblings out of the story as best I can.

To TDPK. Not for your loss to Stacey. That was a good bit of work and I’m sure you’d be the first to commend his efforts.

Also, I’m pretty sure their was no “attack” on Plaintiff nor his family.

He was the one who brought Jay Elliot into public court.
That’s his doing. That’s not private. Nor is his attempt to commit his perfectly sane wife to control her. And his wife, estranged or otherwise, is her own person and free deal with his control issues in the way SHE sees fit.
Given that Brett hasn’t won anything significant, I predict soon he will have a chance on a new game show: Penitentiary’s Got Talent

Indeed, if anyone has dragged Brett Coleman Kimberlin’s family into the brouhaha, it’s Brett Coleman Kimberlin, himself.
For example, Brett Coleman Kimberlin forced his minor daughter onto the stand in the Maryland case, over the objections of the defense council, and the justifiable concerns of the judge.
For shame, Brett Coleman Kimberlin!

It is worse than that. The daughter testified that her mom was home packing. Rumor has it that mom resides in the Mid-West, or the Intermountain West. If mom wasn’t at home packing, Brett Kimberlin has, in my opinion, contributed to the delinquency of a minor. Being forthright, truthful and honest is a habit. Being evasive, deceitful, and dishonest is also a habit. Fit parents teach their children the former habit. Unfit parents teach their children the latter habit. What has Brett Kimberlin taught his child?

And no family was attacked. Brett Kimberlin for his semi-comical incompetence and all-too-typically horrid actions, did get quite a bit of deserved criticism.
As far as attacking family, Brett C. Kimberlin has some answering to do. Leaving aside his vicious interference in mother/daughter relations in more than one case, and his probable (IMO) participation in the murder of Julia Scyphers, he destroyed the family quite literally of Sandra Delong, and tortured her in the courts for her winning a judgment against him for doing so.
And then there’s his gentle encouragement of his monster pal Scmalfeldt, who has harassed perfectly innocent families and attacked the people in them and attempted to use family relationships to bend people to his (or Brett’s?) will and intimidate people who he thinks have criticized himself or the teeny little bomber.

One advantage of TDPK’s short stature is that hiding behind women and children is that much more feasible.
