If there is anything that bothers Brett Kimberlin more than having the truth told about him, it’s being laughed at. The Kimberlin Unmasked website and @Kimberlinunmask Twitter account were enough of a burr under his saddle that he spent over a year and three lawsuits trying to shut them down. Within days of The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s settling all three lawsuits, the original user of the Twitter account shut it down, and someone else quickly snagged it. I found out about it when that account followed me on Twitter.
The old kimberlinunmasked.com site is gone, but it seems that whoever took over the Twitter handle is running a site at kimberlinunmask.com. It shows some promise.
I’ve asked this question before, and it seems appropriate now: “How’s that brass knuckles reputation management workin’ for ya’?” Meanwhile, the new Kimberlin Unmasked may provide us with a few laughs while we wait for the clock to run out on TDPK’s due date for his omnibus opposition to all of our pesky motions to dismiss his Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness. He’d better hurry. That tick tock sound may be a warning of something that might think he’s a pirate and bite him.
Stay tuned.
I hope many readers are inspired to also research Brett’s background. If you haven’t already, you will most likely be surprised that it’s worse than you thought. He really has a lot to atone for and he never will unless people of good will come together to help.
I hope you then also consider writing to help expose his misdeeds. John Hoge is setting an amazing example, and while not everyone has the same talents to contribute, ask – could you match how much he is contributing? What would the outcome be if no one contributed?
Reblogged this on A Conservative Christian Man.
So the old kimberlinunmasked.com is “off the air.” I must have missed something in a settlement but does that mean TDPK in-fact found the owner/operator and managed to get it shut down? Or did the owner/operator simply decide it was time to close up shop?
You can still see some of the old posts from them on A Conservative Christian Man (www.deadcitizensrightssociety.wordpress.com/) if you use the search function for “kimberlinunmasked”.
I believe it was voluntary.
KU was off the air well before the settlement with Thomas.
Remember, pedo Brett Kimberlin is one of the most frivolously vexatious violent felons there is. With that in mind,
– the premise of his suit was plainly based on lies, and he well knew it.
– the people he named as defendants aren’t even kimberlununmask – and he knew that too.
– he knowinhly committed forgery and perjury as part of his effort to shake those people down with his lawfare. And flat out lied about it when confronted.
These lawless actions by Brett Kimberlin will not just fix themselves. We all have to jump in and help. Brett will not be able to extort anyone again if we all have the victims’ backs. I don’t have firsthand knowledge of the facts, but I do get the strong impression almost nobody even offered to lend a helping hand to Thomas, pehaps under the mistaken belief that Kimberlin’s lawfare would be immediately self defeating without substantial hassle to Thomas (I bet it was actually plenty of hassle). Well, maybe I misunderstand the facts of that situation, but Kimberlin’s victims don’t deserve the costs Kimberlin imposes on them so we should all help. Donating to bombersuesbloggers.com is one way but that doesn’t cover every victim ever and besides it seems clear to me the outside funding there still wasn’t enough to cover more than part of costs of some defendants and that’s only if you pretend Patrick Ostronic’s hard work and expertise was somehow costless to Ostronic.
