Done. I wish the system would display the locations of signers in a somewhat rational fashion instead of what it does right now.
not only a refund but damages for the millions who were turned down for visas = payable by the DNC.

I’m sorry Mr. Hoge. I cannot and will not give this administration any more information about myself or my political activities than is absolutely necessary. And that amounts to very little and the trust of a select few bloghosts.
My housekeeper was from Ukraine and had to return because her husband was not able to extend his visa. She cried in my arms when she told me. Although she was able to get an extension she, of course, left with him. I get most upset about this situation because they followed the rules and were sent home.
