UPDATE—I have been informed that Bill Schmalfeldt has posted an image that completely shows the original post above on his schmalfeldt dot org website. I believe that is a violation of the settlement agreement for the Hoge v. Schmalfeldt lawsuit. I hope that he will take the image down and eliminate the need for me to enforce the agreement.
UPDATE 2—I received this comment this evening to an earlier post. It appears to be a violation of the current peace order.

No. That’s not Bill: too good looking.
People misunderstand some things like the fact that agreements are interpretable and sanctions for misconduct even mild can be considered. Also making false defamatory comments about non related items in order to coerce an opposing party in a mediated agreement is also probably not wise but the internet is forever.
Like in a case where both parties are pro se and one party was ordered NOT to do something and continues to do it, the obvious sanction is a reopening of the case and the one party possibly will be forced to post an expensive bond and hire legal counsel or show cause why not.

On another outstanding blog, I offered my assessment of the Elkridge Horror by comparing him to Johnny Ringo of Tombstone fame. The actual script is here and I quote:

As the post now stands, you can only see a tiny bit of this blog around the image. But why couldn’t he have just taken it off twitter, and avoided all possible question of whether or not he was posting something from this blog? Lazy? Stupid? Tempting fate?
And he really seems to be missing the bit about the PO hearing in IL (probably intentionally). That type of order would seem to cover telling the respondent to either stop stalking the plaintiff and/OR to stop contacting them. It doesn’t have to be both. But since BS can prove he’s not physically stalking Grady, that’s the only bit he’s going to acknowledge exists. Just like he only heard Mr. Hoge say he’d drop the PO while completely ignoring the condition, if he (BS) stuck by the terms of the agreement.
Shakey is obviously missing that one chemical that allows a little boy to become an adult man.

A picture of a legal document like a fraudulent peace order petition is public domain and cannot be copyrighted, claiming copyrighted privileges over court documents is another misconception, copying someone’s blog page is different matter entirely
I would remind someone that a federal judge isn’t going to be happy that someone is breaking numerous state and federal laws, taking out obvious fraudulent peace orders then dropping them at the last minute, attacking people on twitter, etc.
Wonder if the person is just really really stupid, or really wants to go to jail…….

And there are any number of ways our Gracious Host could have put himself in possession of a copy of that fraudulent Temporary Peace Order, which I think we can now also say with some confidence was both retaliatory in nature and filed under false pretense.
For example Mr. Hoge is well known as a curious sort when it comes to court documents involving locally famous Turdburglars; he may have gone down to the courthouse and requested a copy.
Or, and I think this is quite a lot more likely, the subject of the peace order, “aka me (wink, wink, nudge, nudge, you dumb panty stain)” could have capped it from Bill’s blog and sent it along with a “just thought you might want to see and enjoy the latest in EPIC STUPIDITY from ACME law” note.
I think this is VERY likely because I received a note almost exactly as described.
