Yes.
Normally it would be Crisco and oatmeal, lots of fiber but the lubricant makes for a smooth finish.
Russians prefer WD40, same effect but tastes more like some of their bootleg alcohol. Plus they like steel cut oats, and the WD40 keeps the steel from rusting.
