Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

sir robin shieldThere is a hearing on the Dreadful Pro-Se Schmalfeldt’s peace order petition against Patrick Grady on the docket at 1:15 pm this afternoon in the District Court in Howard County. I had previously suggested that it might be in TDPS’s best interest to stay away from the hearing so that the petition would be dismissed. If his blog post from yesterday can be believed (stop laughing), he has decided to channel Brave Sir Robin and run away.

If he does, he will miss all of the exciting to-and-fro of the day. However, I’m certain that he will be able to review the day’s additional paperwork after it is hand delivered to his residence.

Hogewash! will have a reporter at the courthouse, and I will try to have a report on all the Schmalfeldt v. Grady action within a few minutes after the judge is done with the case.

Stay tuned.

  1. “Additional paperwork”. I like the sound of that. Hopefully it’s in the form of a MD PO against him, as well as a bill for all of Grady’s expenses plus extra for all the grief he has put that family through all because Patrick left an innocuous comment on one of the cesspools.

Bill wonders why people choose to stay anonymous. This is why. People like him just live to be evil assholes and screw with peoples family and employment for no other reason then they are evil assholes.

  2. Godspeed and safe travels to all.

Please be sure to keep the envious rest of us updated but it’s probably best if those updates are not here. 😉

  3. Listened again to a copy of something someone posted on you-tube the audio where not only was the very young child stripped below the waist but an adult the scout master was called over and he wanted to watch AND take pictures and told the young boy that unless he wanted to be a scout he had to consent to be raped and before the water works begin from someone offended – naming the troop number 69 – solidified it as something the authorities would do well to look into

I can’t tell you how many statutes this may have crossed over, I am stunned – searching the audio comedy on Amazon, I cannot find anything even remotely similar.

I can only imagine the uproar – I can only imagine the anger of prisoners, bailiffs, judges, jurors, witnesses – if the federal law which is vague on audio, but stronger if the material is being aggressively marketed – the sentencing is life in prison (not really but 20 to 40 years)

  4. Wow, what a passive aggressive little prick BS is.

He costs this guy a trip to MD from IL – and then says, oh, never mind.

What a teeny, tiny little excuse for a human being.
