I figured the Deranged Cyberstalker and Adjudicated Harasser Bill Schmalfeldt would be far too cowardly to meet one of his victims face-to-face, and be forced to present to a judge that he solely filed for a Peace Order against Grady because the Elkridge Horror is nothing but a vindictive, hate-filled, lying sack-of-trash.

I hope that Grady was able to ask the court for his costs and expenses to be paid by the troll, and it was so ordered. My opinion is that if Grady had not been there the troll would have, and be crowing like a rooster.
A bit of news to (only very slightly) temper the celebratory mood: Howard County recommended that I not file a Peace Order petition, but instead continue to pursue the necessary remedies in Cook County IL.
So, there’s that.

Where William Schmalfeldt chooses not to show up in court for a vexatious peace order lawsuit that William Schmalfeldt filed, but bravely shows up (with other members of Team Kimberlin, it appears) to bravely downvote comments regarding such.
Is that the game that Schmalfeldt and Kimberlin are playing, filing nuisance lawsuits just to cause people to have to expend resources defending themselves against them?
