With apologies to the DeWalts and the other citizens of Speedway, Indiana who were traumatized by Brett Kimberlin’s terroristic acts (for which he has never taken responsibility or made amends).
Saw that, and was heartened that Reynolds isn’t cowed by the threat of lawfare.
Others like Ace have seemed quite intimidated – of course Ace is being sued and Glenn isn’t.
Still, it is a fundamental weakness of the legal system that a convicted perjurer can openly threaten people with nuisance suits and then be allowed to file them, over and over and over again.
Which will come first, TDPK being declared a vexatious litigant or (better yet) returned to prison, or him suing the wrong fellow who will not be so civil in his response to being harassed by a little felon? It’s not like he’d be missed, not one of them’d be missed.
I actually hope Kimberlin doesn’t cross anyone too uncivil. This scenario would lead to two people tangling who could both be perceived as bad guys. Kimberlin’s victims (long past, past, present, and future) all deserve vindication, including in the public mind, and this goal wouldn’t be served if Kimberlin’s victims surrendered the moral high ground.

DeLongs, rather. Hard to keep all of vexatious litigant Brett Kimberlin’s lawsuit captions straight.

Heh.
Look up “swatting” in a dictionary, and see a picture of Brett Coleman Kimberlin…
Justice sometimes takes a while.
