Here are a couple of snippets from The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s LinkedIn Profile.
That item about a B.S. in law from the Robert H. Smith School of Business brings up some interesting points. From 1986 through 1990, Brett Kimberlin was serving time with the federal Bureau of Prisons. According to Citizen K, TDPK’s authorized biography, he earned a B.S. in human services from Thomas Edison State College with a specialization in community legal services while he was in the slammer. The Robert H. Smith School of Business does not grant any undergraduate degrees in law. In fact, it doesn’t grant any law degrees at all. University of Maryland law degrees are granted by the School of Law. No B.S. is offered, only the J.D., LL. M., and M.S.L. degrees.
Ah, hah! This may explain TDPK’s clumsiness in dealing with all his vexatious lawsuits. He has a non-existent degree from an institution that doesn’t grant such a degree and that he earned when he couldn’t have attended the school.

It’s surprising that such a sharp legal beagle as TDPK could miss such a high profile oppressor. Why can’t Roger Ailes just leave him alone to diddle and scam?

Who earns two bachelor degrees in the same area? The obvious truth is that for all his theoretical skill, he can’t a) attend and graduate actual law school and b) argue that calling him a pedo/bomber/liar actually damaged his reputation.
Funny, I never even thought to look him up on Linked-In.
He’s not suing you for two million bucks.

It’s a new internet rule like the Streisand Effect: If you sue Hoge for two million dollars, he will investigate you. He will find stuff, and he will hold onto it. Mr. Kimberlin did not have to open up his dossier during the last court date. All this stuff is just waiting for the right question to be asked in the right courtroom.
And in honor of the Streisand Effect:
Brett Kimberlin is a convicted perjurer, serial bomber and creepy failed rock singer. He couldn’t convince a judge in Maryland that calling him a pedophile damaged his reputation, in part because his wife once filed charges which implicated him regarding her teenage relationship w/the then 40-something Kimberlin. Personally i think his suspicion in a murder to cover up an inappropriate relationship with a very young girl he called his “girlfriend” is worthy of a Hogevestigation.

Theoretically, Kimberlin could have received a BS degree from UM by taking correspondence courses through the mail.
Many years ago when I was in the service, I took a couple of courses from UM while I was stationed overseas.
