While I wait for The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin to file his omnibus response to the defendants’ motions to dismiss his second amended complaint in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness, I thought if might be interesting to review the story of his vexatious federal lawsuit by reposting some of the highlights of the past year’s coverage. One of the problems that TDPK has with the allegations he makes to support his claims is that they are easily proven false.

In his proposed Second Amended Complaint for his Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness,The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin alleges that Aaron Walker was talking about being SWATted a month before it happened.

As can be seen in this Prince William County Police report, Aaron Walker’s SWATing occurred on 25 June, 2012—one month after TDPK claims that it was discussed on Glenn Beck’s program.

BTW, the video of the interview with Aaron Walker is still posted on the Internet. It has no mention of his being SWATted. (You can find the video here.)

One of the things I noticed about The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin from watching him tell different versions of the same story during different court hearings is that he sometimes seems to have trouble remembering what he’s said before. Recently, he’s been having that sort of difficulty with keeping his stories consistent even in the same document. For example, consider these two clips from his proposed Second Amended Complaint in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness.

This is from paragraph 83.This is the beginning of paragraph 95.So TDPK says that Erick Erickson joined the mythical RICO Enterprise twice.

Uh, huh.
