While I wait for The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin to file his omnibus response to the defendants’ motions to dismiss his second amended complaint in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness, I thought if might be interesting to review the story of his vexatious federal lawsuit by reposting some of the highlights of the past year’s coverage. The allegations in TDPK’s second amended complaint are full of outrageous falsehoods.

Here’s another extract from paragraph 249 of The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s Second Amended Complaint in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness.ECF 100-1-249a

<sarc>For example, the four of us were lurking about 172 Fleet Street on the evening of 14 March, 2013, while TDPK was going about his business on the sidewalk across the street.brettatblogbashWe were clearly harassing him by participating in BlogBash 2013 when TDPK had made it abundantly clear to the venue that if we did so, he would be forced to arrange a protest demonstration.</sarc>

BTW, one of the causes of action that TDPK tried to assert in the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. nuisance lawsuit that he filed in state court was stalking. Because stalking isn’t a tort, that count was thrown out and a summary judgment entered in the favor of us defendants.

  1. And it might have been perfectly legal for him to visit the public areas surrounding Blogbash — but he sure looks guilty. Assuming of course it’s him, hiding like a scared rat underneath a scarf. From here it looks like it might be a medium-small girl.
