While I wait for The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin to file his omnibus response to the defendants’ motions to dismiss his second amended complaint in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness, I thought if might be interesting to review the story of his vexatious federal lawsuit by reposting some of the highlights of the past year’s coverage. TDPK flubbed the drafting of his original complaint for the lawsuit. He did such a poor job that he felt it necessary to file an amended complaint only two days later. That amended complaint was also full of errors. For example, it didn’t include Twitchy in the caption, so Twitchy was not a defendant. When TDPK got caught sending a forged summons to Twitchy, he filed a second amended complaint to address that problem, add yet more defendants, attempt to clean up his allegations, and add more causes of action.

Not surprisingly, his second amended complaint was longer and more bug-ridden that the previous two.
